This Park Avenue headlamp is a great drop-in replacement. The assembly came with all bulbs and the mounting bracket for the assembly (I only used the assembly, the bracket replacement is much more time consuming. I was replacing a different aftermarket assembly that developed a leak. The other aftermarket assembly did not exactly fit. The Carparts was a perfect fit. The beam pattern is great, and the adjusters work properly.
I have replaced the headlamp assemblies in several older cars for myself and friends to give that new look to an older car. Quality and fitting has been hit or miss with other online sources. I won't shop the "big A" or "little e" places again. I am glad JC Whitney is still thriving.

Hi Donna,
This headlight uses halogen bulb 9005 for the high beam and 9006 for the low beam.

I am not sure if I am the right guy to answer your question, but here I go. I always replace left and right bulbs at the same time. I pop the good one in my trunk or glove box in case of an emergency. I believe the numbers above are correct. I pull the head light assembly off my car and clean the inside of lens as best I can.

Hi Michael, I'm glad to help you out. This will not come with the aluminum bracket and unfortunately, we don't carry them for the Buick Park Avenue. We suggest checking your local GM dealership if they still have one available.
