Installed the new light assembly today & it seems to work fine. Black plastic piece behind the bulbs was broke but I was able to install the piece from the original assembly .

Take some CREST toothpaste and toothbrush. Apply toothpaste
Then let it sit for awhile then brush vigorously then wash off.
