If it is for a wind star or free star.
Open the hood pull up on the 2 pins above the head lamp assembly , remove assembly, detach wiring connection . Connect wires to new headlamp assembly and install in van. Push down on the 2 pins to hold assembly in place. And your done. I wouldn't know how much someone would charge for that.

Very simple to change out... Two pins (fasteners) for ea light and the headlight adjustment screw when your done. It took me ten minutes to change out both headlights!

I changed both sides myself in minutes. I didn’t have 30 minutes total, including gathering tools.
