main bill in drivers side lite did not work after fixtures was installed, but they were awesome about sending a replacement

Question: I’m having trouble adjusting these lights. I had some luck with the passenger side but the driver’s side won’t move and is shining too low. I’ve tried both a Phillips head and a hex wrench — both turn the dials but the bulbs won’t move. Options?Andrew B. / Jun 27, 2021

Hi Andrew, I'm glad to assist you. That is most probably defective. That focus adjuster should be easily adjusted. If it is stuck or not moving, please leave it that way and have it returned for a replacement or refund from us. My son had a similar issue with his. The first one seemed to be broken. So we sent it back and they sent us a new one immediately. That may be the same issue with yours.
