Hi David, As per checking, this is not compatible with the 2004 Buick LaSabre Limited. This is compatible with the Custom submodel however. No, Custom is without cornering lights, limited has cornering lights.

Question: I have a 2003 Buick LeSabre custom. I found two replacement assemblies one says it has fluted High beam and one says smooth Smooth beam. Is there a difference or will it make a difference which one I buy it says they both fit for my vehicle? And I have no idea what it means so I don’t know which one I should purchase! Also it says neither of them have the side hole for where The blinker light bulb looks like it would go?Wade G. / Mar 24, 2022
Hi Wade, I'm glad to assist you. The fluted lens is designed to diffuse the light and scatter it, resulting in a flat beam output. The smooth high beam focus is narrower compared to the one with a fluted type. Please check the owner's manual of your vehicle to get that information.
