These were somewhat easy to install...had a few difficulties, but got them on. They are a perfect match and the difference from the old ones that were fogged out is truly going from blind to being able to see.

I’ve not installed them yet due to cold weather. However they are well built and came in a timely manner the appear to be good quality. I would like to find LED headlight bulbs for them.

Hi Jimmie,
The halo type is an upgrade design type. However, this headlight is the regular factory type with OEM specifications. This is the correct one if you need the factory original aftermarket version.

This part is guaranteed to fit the 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 All Submodels All Engines. This item comes with halogen headlight bulbs (not LED) and Without a bulb and wiring harness for side marker light. You can simply replace the halogen bulb with an LED. Most LED bulbs are now designed to retrofit to the existing light fittings.

The halogen bulb type being used for the low and high beam for your truck is 9007 bulb type.
