The light works great. Only thing I was unhappy Amit was that the plug in’s were a bit hard to figure out. But in the end it worked so that’s all that mattered.

Yes, it is the entire assembly. Please note though that you will need to remove the front bumper fascia to replace this item. Good videos online on how to do this but the overall process is quite involved.
