Hi Peter, Good Day! Thank you for your purchase. We are sorry to learn if you are missing the bulb on your order. It was never in our best intentions to subject you or any of our customers to such inconvenience. I had conducted an investigation to check why the you are missing the bulb, for the mean time do you think you can just buy the bulb locally and maybe we can compensate you for the bulb? As to the rubber at the back to he light, that piece is not included you have to use the old rubber piece.

Horrible, the driver side blinker light never came in, because it was out of stock. The passenger headlight high beam bulb never worked. And the socket to plug it into the car was defective because the plastic was all destroyed.
