The assembly is brand new. The only parts that are to be reused are the installation hardware.

The lights come as part of the assembly. The screws and plastic clips that retain the bottom trim piece do not and are susceptible to breaking upon removal from the vehicle.

Hi Anthony,
This headlight is only for the driver's side. The part number for the passenger side is N100123. If you need both we offer a set and it is part number SET-N100123.

This is driver’s side only. If the passenger side is very yellowed or crazed, you should replace both. The headlight comes with four new mounting bolts. You will need them, unless you reuse existing hardware. With the Titan, the front grill must be removed for headlight housing replacement, therefore you will probably want to order a set of new plastic clips to reattach the grill. The old ones will be brittle, and you are almost guaranteed to break a few. It’s a fairly easy job once you remove the grill.
