This passenger side headlight is guaranteed to fit the 2012 Cadillac CTS All Submodels All Engines 2 door coupe.

Answered by Grace G. / Tue, Dec 01I thought this was the right headlight. It was listed as 2010 CTS4 Coupe. I had it installed and the beam is on the the daytime running light spot. When I drive I have one headlight up top and the other at the bottom and no daytime running lights.
