Hi Corey, I'm pleased to assist you. All HID headlights have a ballast at the back of the headlight. It's like a small box. You can definitely reuse the old ballast and bulbs. Answered by Grace G. / Thu, Aug 19The ballast does not come with the headlight! It is a separate part and it fastens to the top of the headlight assembly with 4 screws ! You may be able to use the one off your old headlight! If you can’t use the old one good luck finding one and they are expensive (around $175) ! Car parts .com did not have them available when I needed one ! I still need one ! Hope this helps!
