I originally purchased one of these to replace my driver side assembly in my 2016 Chevy Tahoe LS. After installing it, it was significantly brighter than the other side. I then purchased another one and installed it so that they would match. I will say that I'm happier with both of these than the originals. There were no issues with the fitting or plugs.

the part fit just perfect and you can not tell that it is after market part. I will buy more parts from this company as I have done with my 2006 Volvo s40. No — you need to buy the entire assembly — I went through the same issue myself. Make sure you verify which assembly you have - there is an LED and another one, the non-LED is a lot cheaper by several hundreds of dollars
