My 2008 Trailblazer LT does not have a grill that extends across the headlights. This answer window hides the part description which is poor software programming, but I bought both the REPC100164 and REPC100163 part numbers and they work OK, but Chevy's 2008 Trailblazer design makes it very difficult to replace the headlight assemblies.

That is correct. This is for the models without the bar going across the center of the grille.
