Hi Christen, I'm glad to assist you. This headlight comes with the basic functions such as the high and low beam and the turn signal light amber lights on the sides. You have mentioned turning bezels which you described as the blinker lights. Are you referring to the turn signal light marker in amber color or basically also called turn signal lights (or corner lights). This comes with the turn signal light amber lights on the side.
