Quality and fit were as expected. The biggest issue I had and didn't like was the bulb compartment cap. The OEM unit has an easy access cap that unscrews exposing the bulb. These units have a cap with 5 screws that are not going to be easy access when it comes time to change the bulb. If I hadn't already removed the existing units before I noticed this access cover to the bulb, I would have returned them.

Upon checking, this headlight comes with the factory halogen headlight bulb. This part will only fit the LS and Lt model. The headlight for the LTZ model is currently out of stock.

Hello! It's somewhat common - the headlight lens should be glued to the housing. It's possible that a bulb is not fully seated, allowing moisture to enter. I would check the bulbs and see if you can find the source. If it's coming from between the lens and the housing, it's very difficult to fix and would probably be cheaper/easier to replace the whole assembly.
