Hi Lauren, I am pleased to assist you. No. The 2009 Lincoln MKX is equipped with halogen headlights, not HID (High-Intensity Discharge) headlights. It will not come with an HID ballast, as they are designed for halogen bulbs. The vehicle does not utilize HID technology for its headlight system, which eliminates the need for a ballast typically associated with HID setups. I suggest preparing the VIN and calling the dealership to ask what type of headlight your vehicle utilizes.
