Hi Steve, thank you for reaching out. No, you can't. The non-adaptive headlights are incompatible with the vehicles with adaptive headlight features. Per checking, we don't have the adaptive headlights for the 2008-2010 Lincoln MKX. Thank you for inquiring. Have a nice day.
