Hi Tammy, Yes it's aftermarket but it matched exactly the part I needed and to the other headlight. U cannot tell the difference at all.

Question: I need to replace the headlights on my 2019 Explorer Sport with an assembly that does NOT have the LED accent lighting, like on the base and police models. Does this have the LED accent and is it interchangable with my Explorer Sport?Bren O. / Sep 30, 2020
Hi Bren, This has the LED strip. It only fit 2016 up to 2018 Ford Explorer.
