It fits fine would have been better if it would have stated somewhere if it did I missed it that it requires light bulbs. My understanding is they were included with the purchase price.

This pair of headlight is a direct and guaranteed fit for the Mazda cars as follows;
2006 - 2008 Mazda 6 i 2.3L L4 GAS Hatchback 5-Door Automatic/Manual FWD
2006 - 2007 Mazda 6 Mazdaspeed 2.3L L4 GAS Turbocharged Sedan 4-Door Manual AWD
2006 - 2008 Mazda 6 S 3.0L V6 GAS Hatchback 5-Door Automatic/Manual FWD
If your vehicle is within that selection and the headlight is with the same appearance, that is with the headlight with built in fog light although it does not mention on the details.
To be accurate please check your cars owners manual for the headlight details if fog light is built-in on the headlight assembly already.
