Answered by Arnel E. / Fri, Jul 23Yes you have to remove the Fasteners that holds the bumper down and the splash underneath and the whole front bumper cover so you can put the plus you have to remove the bumper from Defender bottom of the fenders do front bumper has to come up headlights it you have about the reports on each side on top
