Hi Paul,
This Halogen Headlight does not come with the conversion wiring harness. It comes with stock replacement headlight bulb and it is compatible with 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler (JK)All Submodels, All Engines.

Answered by Jay G. / Tue, Oct 13No it comes with bulbs that are H13 so you can use the existing H13 connectors. I have a 2012 JK Wrangler and they fit perfectly and did not need a convertor, the 2012 model has H13 connectors as OEM from the factory.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Sun, Feb 26The headlights came with a metal ring that was chromed. The ring acted like a retainer and held the headlight in position. My headlights and their retaining ring have not faded at all. I hope this answers your question. If it did not, perhaps you could describe your issue a little differently and I'll give it another shot. Ed

Answered by Edward S. / Mon, Feb 27The only round cover is the lens of the light it self. Then there is the chrome ring that hold the light in place with the black harness. Mine didn't have a round cover over the light and glass thing.
