Question: My 2008 Mazda has a cracked/broken plastic lense, but the lights inside are all good. They are the HID/Xenon. Can I put this assembly  in, and just pop in the old (still working) HID/xenon bulbs into the new assemblies? Very important, love an answer!!!!still working on it / Dec 06, 2021
Hi There, I'm glad to assist you. Since we do not have the HID headlights, we cannot guarantee that this halogen headlight lens could fit the HID headlight housing assembly. You have to call your local Mazda dealership to confirm that detail. If the dealership confirms a match. Grab our sale price offer and click the link below to order today. I hope this helps. Happy shopping. https://www.carparts.com/headlight/replacement/set-m100153?can=CPJE1043

Question: Does this have the hole for the motor that goes with the light ?Guest G. / Jan 14, 2023
Hi Angel, I'm glad to assist you. I did check the details of this headlight. There is no mention of a special feature or function to have a motor inside. That is usually for the auto-leveling type of headlight. We do not have that in our inventory.

Question: Will these have to be adjusted in order for the beam to shine through properly?Tyler S. / Sep 10, 2021
Hi Tyler, I'm happy to assist you. Yes. There are mounting screws and adjustment screws above, below, and to the side of the headlight. Park your vehicle 25 feet from a wall, and place a piece of tape horizontally 4 feet high across the wall in front of your vehicle. Turn the top adjustment screw clockwise to raise the beam and counterclockwise to lower the beam. Adjust the headlights until they shine on the tape. I hope this helps. Tyler, you'll almost definitely need to adjust your beams. Mine only needed minor left/right adjustment, but a lot of upward adjustment was needed to get them to spec. I used an 8mm ratcheting box wrench on mine. Good luck and keep wrenching.

Yes they do have to be adjusted. Go to You Tube to determine how to adjust.
