Hi Jack, I'm glad to assist you. This is not NSF certified. But, this is actually a DOT/SAE-compliant part. Which is the main governing body that certifies this part is legal for sale and used here in the US. This is approved by the department of transportation (DOT). If a light is SAE compliant. meaning it is built to the strict standards set by the SAE as well (Society of Automotive Engineers). This is not CAPA certified, however.
