Yes. And no. Yes, in that they're easily installed. No, in that the lights are integrated into the hood, which means that they're more difficult to aim. For most cars, you install the headlights, leave the hood open, and use a screw driver to adjust them up or down, right or left. For a Mini Cooper, you have to adjust the headlights, close the hood, then check the alignment. If the lights aren't aiming where you want, you have to open the hood again, adjust, close the hood, then check again. Generally speaking, though, you should be good to go. Just be patient.

I don’t know about a 2007. Take the photo of the lights and blow it up and compare to the ones you want to buy. I have a 2005 Mini Cooper and the headlights were an exact replacement and easy to install
