Question: If my model has hid and housing, can I just replace the works with these to go back to halogen?Stanley G. / Feb 10, 2024
Hi Stanley, I'm glad to assist you. No, it will be incompatible due to the different socket connectors and bulb types. An HID/Xenon headlight also has a ballast, unlike a halogen type. You will need an HID to halogen headlight conversion kit. We do not sell those conversion kits, however.
For us to check double-carefully and be accurate on the part you need, please provide the complete details of your vehicle (year, make, model, submodel, 2WD/4WD, and engine size). The VIN would be helpful.
