This is only for vehicle with factory Halogen headlight. The wiring is different for a halogen type.

Hi,
This is a halogen type of headlight assembly, there is no ballast needed. The correct one is an HID/Xenon headlight assembly that uses a ballast/igniter with part number SET-REPJ100109, this does not come with the HID bulb and ballast however. Please click the link below to see it.
