Hi Linette, I'm glad to assist you. No, this headlight set does not have ballasts. The HID/Xenon type of headlight is the one with a Ballast. As it turns out, we do not carry the HID/Xenon headlight for your car. Still, you might need other parts, such as an upgraded type of front brake disc and pad kit. I'm assuming "ballistic" refers to ballast. This product does not come with a ballast unit.
Ballast units are sold separately.
