Hi Jeff, I'm glad to assist you. No, they won't. We don't have headlights equipped with the adaptive feature for the 2008-2010 Lincoln MKX. We suggest checking the local part stores around your area on what they have available to offer you. I hope this helps, and we thank you for inquiring.

Answered by Arnel E. / Wed, Mar 22They will fit but the adaptive plug doesn't connect to anything. I just covered my plugs with electrical tape and left them where they would normally plug in.
