The high beam has a reflective coating behind it, the regular headlight has a lens but there is a lot of shiny silver coating on the inside.

Question: I own a 2013 Nissan Altima 2.5S which was built with low beam headlights that dim over time until they can't be used to drive at night. Hi Dion,
Yes, you can upgrade it. You will have to look up an H11 LED bulb type for your low beam. Your high beam is a halogen bulb H9 type, so you have to search for an H9 LED bulb type. This are available anywhere online as well.
