Yes, this is a guaranteed fit 2017 Subaru Outback 2.5i 4 Cyl. Our company's aftermarket version Replacement Headlight is DOT and SAE Approved and made from high grade materials at an affordable price. Backed by 1-year, unlimited-mileage warranty.
I did checked our catalog listing and found out there is another option which is the headlight with black trim design. The one you were asking about is with chrome trim design. However, please clarify in technical automotive term when you mentioned "eyesight" for the headlight so we can determine what that special function is.

Eyesight Monitors Forward & Backward motions, Collision Assist Braking, Auto Headlamp Dim/Bright, and several other safety functions integrated via the sensors/lenses. Information is displayed on the dash board instrument gauges, the Stereo Speakers, &/or the Onboard Radio Screen. Depending on which function is being deployed as to which Audio/Video screen it displays on.
