Unless you're very lucky the headlamps will need to be adjusted both vertically and laterally. The adjusting wheel is not easy to get to and the headlamps need to be aimed a certain distance from a wall. I took it to my local garage and they did the aiming. It was what worked for me.

No, adjustments do not need to be made. The truck has a preset design that all you have to do is plug and play.

Yes, these have adjusters. And they work. Very straightforward install and adjust. Must remove side lamp to reach one screw.
