Yes this comes with the bulbs. This fits 2005-2011 Toyota Tacoma Without Sport Package.

Hi Jason,
The headlight with sport package type is with a slight smoke tint on the lens or with a halo design projector type with round CCFL light design. And this one you are looking at is the factory original basic design.
