Product came short 2 medium u-bolts. Because of the unique sizes it was a major inconvenience finding replacements, not to mention the cost of the replacements, time, and 90 mile round trip. In all fairness, I did not make any attempt to contact Hellwig or JC Whitney to have the missing bolts sent. Primarily because shipping on the springs took longer than quoted. The items that did come seem to be good quality and I don't foresee any issues.
