Part (hood latch) was great and exactly what I needed for my daughter's 2004 Honda CRV. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because the shipping took like 2 weeks and I did have to reach out to make sure it was still headed my way. The CP rep I chatted with online was courteous and checked into it and provided an update that it was still on the way. I had also signed up for text messages to track but it shouldn't have taken that long. Despite all of that, the part was excellent and saved me quite a bit of money. The hood closes flush now like it is supposed to.
