Came damaged and no one from customer service will respond, I have called and request a return and nothing.

Hi, Unfortunately, we do not ship this directly to Puerto Rico. We do not have international shipping procedure anymore(Bongo). We do not charge tax if you ship this to Florida, then, it is up to you to have it shipped to PR directly.
