Hi,
Aside from the blower motor relay, there could be other parts that may cause the said issue. We highly recommend to have the vehicle diagnosed by a certified mechanic to pinpoint what part needs replacement.

The part that you may need is the blower motor resistor instead.

In addition I replaced the resistor but that did not solve the issue. I checked the #11 10 a fuse in the glove box and checked all of the 40a fuses in the engine compartment. Hello! Assuming the wiring is good and there are no breaks, then I would definitely recommend trying the relay next
