Restored lost engine power, fixed a minor misfire, and smoothed out my vehicle's rough idle instantly. The engine turns over much faster and runs significantly quieter. Removing the electrical connectors off the factory coils can be tricky if the plastic clips have become brittle from engine heat. Stick with quality OEM-spec laser iridium plugs for the 2.5L Altima engine to ensure proper firing and long service life. Replacing both the plugs and coils together around the 100,000-mile mark is one of the best preventative maintenance steps you can take for reliable daily driving.
