Fits also on 2005 Blazers but ask for 2004 blazer or you will not find it.no.on the box is 140024 or Accel GM Super Coil 1996-01. 4.3 moter. ps put 6 spark pluges boch 4pins a must ,If you live in Canada you must answer your Email it still came to the same price of the cheap brand HA HA.
