Awesome products and great customer service,.. So rare these days!. Talking with my 86 year old father says it is strange in these times we are living in.... Everyone has plenty of time to complain... But very few have the time to give a honest assessment. Of telling someone Thanks for a job well done.,... And everyone makes mistakes but never condemn something for making a mistake. Rate them aware of your issue and give them a chance to correct problem. That's how you know that they are dedicated to correct the problem and tell friends and family about the successful and caring to make things correct. I know we are not to judge fellow humans... But if they are not truthful or not interested in correction the problem... In my opinion you have the right to tell others exactly what you went through without any half truths and let that be a notice to you friends if they want to do business with unnamed company. Just saying most people in this world do a good job and they are overlooked.... But let them make one bad choice and get their reputation tarnished. So remember... Don't judge and don't let anyone's opinion change how you interact with a business or person!
