Question: So I rebuilt the head gasket and re timed the belt and the coil blew up, why is this?Bill D. / Sep 27, 2020
Hello Bill-
There are a plenty of reasons that may cause the coil to blew up such as low or high voltage battery or a short in the electrical wiring. We highly recommend to have the vehicle diagnosed by a certified Automotive Electrician to pinpoint the cause and see what part needs replacement.
