This is only the electronic part that goes after the ignition lock cylinder. It is the Ignition Lock Cylinder that usually comes with keys.

No, It doesn’t come with a key. The Ignition switch connects to the ignition switch lock assembly, they are two different parts.

No key is need. You will see when you remove the steering column molding. The ignition key assembly and the switch are held together by one Phillips head screw. Very easy to install

It does not. The keys should come with the new lock cylinder.

No it does not. This is the back end that attaches to the lock cylinder assembly. There is another part you can purchase that includes the entire assembly and cylinder.
