Question: This must be a common problem part, I don't mean your new remanufactured part, my question is besides all the gauges going out on my dash the transmission isn't shifting right either this part controls automatic transmission functions right?David M. / Nov 21, 2024
Hi Dave, I'm glad to assist you. No, it does not control automatic transmission functions. It only shows data coming from the engine and transmission. It is best to have your vehicle checked by a professional, and a diagnostic should done using an OBD II scanner. I hope this helps.
