Everything about the purchase/shipping was top notch. But when I figured out this wasn't the part I wanted (my fault), I looked into returning it. The return policy is clearly stated on the website, with the instructions. However, the first step is; Submit a request (on the Site). I searched the website from top to bottom and could not find any place to submit a return??????????????
I guess that's a good way to not have any returns:)
