They come with no instructions so get a manual. That will help. With a manual it was easier then even the manual made it sound. There are two screws and a rod. The door panel does not come off. The screws come out. Wiggle the handle off the rod and replace in reverse. Easy once you know how. My only complaint is the handles are not glossy. No big deal though. At least they fit good and I can open the door. The order itself went great.
