They were expensive and I am not sure if the quality is up to what they cost....they seem a bit cheesy and not quite what I expected...that is true with most thing these days though...
I have yet to really use them for 4wd so we will see how they hold up....they certainly aren't the quality of the main names in hubs....

Answered by Aldrin P. / Sun, Apr 18Hi Mark, these are not the correct part for your vehicle, however if your question is will they effectively switch your vehicle from auto locking hubs to manual locking, only if you switch both the rotor/ hub assembly as well as the locking hub ...90% sure, good luck

There is no need for a conversion kit to mount these manual locking hubs. These are direct-fit replacements compatible with the 1991 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer 6 Cyl 4.0L.
