It might be the serial number of the part and not the part number they use in their system. You can provide the VIN so we can make sure to get you the correct mass air flow sensor.

I need the correct maf Ford do not use frequency. They only measure voltage at my ECU. you can read frequency, but the computer doesn’t recognize that it uses voltage or its commands and receives voltage from the sensors.
