Thank you for your feedback. Upon checking the description of SKU# BK01GR-S – Mirror Glass (Passenger Side), this was advertised as being without the backing plate. Additionally, we see that the refund has already been processed.

My daughter ordered and replaced the mirror for me. I'm elderly and can't get around like I used to. We received mirror in perfect condition. We figured that it came with the attachment stickers. But it didn't...a little disappointed about that. I had to keep watching videos to figure out how to get the base back on without breaking the new mirror. Took me awhile but finally found one that was a great help for me. Only thing I would suggest is adding the double sided stickers to reattach the mirror. Overall pleased with our transaction. Thank you for the help with purchasing the right item. Stay safe in this difficult time. God Bless
