The mirror was received quickly and installed. Love the new mirror. The only problem is that I ordered this same mirror that only lasted a little over four years before the mirror glass started deteriorating by discoloration. But I am thankful that it was still available to purchase.

Fits just like the OEM mirror. All the wiring was correct when I compared the old mirror to the replacement mirror. I had a very positive snap sound when i pressed it into the retaining ring in the mirror housing. The mirror is clear with no distortion. It took me about 5 minutes from start to finish.

I tested the heater function tonight since outside Temps are cool enough to fog up the mirror. The surface temp. was 40*F and after about 3 minutes the surface temperature was 70*F. Yes it is also auto dimming and has the turn signal. It is a good quality mirror.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Tue, Jan 05The mirror should be compatible with all power fold / memory housings. It does have the turn signal in it. It is heated, I will say that the heating area is smaller then OE (doesn’t extend out to the turn signal) and the mirror glass itself was a different color then OE. I’d still buy it again if need be

Answered by William / Tue, Jan 05Keep in mind you are just replacing the mirror lens, so any other functions you have remain the same. The mirror is heated, the turn indicator blinks red in color. The dimming is more anti glare and doesn’t dim as dark as the original. Overall I am happy with the product and price.

I bought this part CV49GL-S, for 2004 Tahoe Z71. Perfect match, indicator, heat, dim, folding function all good. Cracked the old glass getting it out. Getting the new one in is also awkward. Search for some you tube videos my advice.

The turn signal light color is exactly the same color as of the factory original mirror (orange,amber..or red) for your vehicle application.
