Good replacement mirror. Not an exact duplicate of the original with a couple of minor aesthetic differences but a good replacement overall. Install is pretty simple once the door panel is removed to expose the trim screw on the inside. Install requires a tiny T7 Torx bit to release inner knob from trim piece. Mirror comes with a new outer gasket for the door but not a new inner gasket for behind the trim so care needs to be used when removing the inner trim so the gasket can be reused.
