Not power folding, only power adjust, quality is good as would be expected from a Dorman product, install was simple, just make sure you know all needed information to remove an reinstall door panel, do not lose any of the 3 screws used to dismount the old mirror because you will need them for the new install, mirror is a nearly gloss black, not a perfect match as the original but 1997 is not new and I was not trying for a 100% restore,
